There are reciprocal obligations between the insurer (the insurance company), and the insured is governed by the marine insurance contract, and all marine laws and the laws of insurance companies dealt with these obligations, which obligate the insurer (the insurance company) to compensate the insured in the event that shipments and goods at sea are exposed to dangers and natural disasters. And the unnatural, and the legislator (Iraqi, Egyptian, Lebanese, and English) dealt with this relationship between the insured and the insured by its civil and maritime laws and insurance companies.
