Abstract
The primary objective of this article is to devise a comprehensive framework that facilitates the development of suitable conditions in developing nations, taking into account various influencing factors. The study extensively investigates ten factors extracted from over 40 relevant works available in the literature. Specifically, the research concentrates on the healthcare domain and medical records, with a specific emphasis on Iraq as the target region. The outcomes of this study possess the potential for broader applicability and can be assessed across diverse locations, thereby enabling the generation of comprehensive predictions for knowledge discovery.
This research employs an intelligent systems approach by integrating the notions of information system success and e-service quality. By adopting this lens, the study aims to comprehend the significant impact of the quality of service systems and customers' continuous intention to utilize E-health services, mediated by users' experiences. Through this exploration, the article seeks to provide valuable insights into enhancing healthcare systems and advancing the utilization of technology-driven solutions in the healthcare sector, particularly in developing countries.
