Abstract-
The researcher aims at raising the capacity of human resources in a sample of class hotels Excellent depending on the use of appropriate strategy for Stimulus in the surveyed hotels as well as clarify the relationship between Search variables by analyzing opinions of top class hotel managers in Baghdad city with (82) distributed questionnaire.
The correlation between the Stimulus strategy as an independent variable and its impact on resource empowerment was also examined as a dependent or dependent variable. The first variable included five sub-elements, and the second variable included Ten sub-dimensions, and these variables have interacted to form the general framework of the research, which resulted in a number of hypotheses The President and the Deputy. In order to achieve the research objective mentioned above, and to answer its questions and test the validity of its hypotheses, The researcher relied mainly on (questionnaire), which is the main tool for collecting data and information, in addition to The use of other methods such as interviews of managers and public officials in the surveyed hotels, for the purpose of analysis The responses of the respondents and the use of a number of statistical methods represented (weighted mean, deviation Relative importance, exploratory analysis, Spearman's correlation coefficient and regression equation Simple linear). The researcher also found through this research a set of theoretical and applied conclusions The reality of human resource empowerment in the application environment has been identified, most notably the adoption of an appropriate stimulus strategy Will lead to increased interest in building elite human resources that are working to develop the work of these hotels and nature Services provided and transactions with other parties.
