The researcher aims to assess the impact of managing the work pressure in achieving satisfaction Of the human resources in the first class hotels of the city of Baghdad, based on the studies that contribute In reducing the relative scarcity in the management of labor pressures and job satisfaction of human resources, has been launched Research from a problem expressed by a number of intellectual and practical questions, aimed at answering a clarification Theoretical philosophy and the intellectual connotations of these variables, because they are subjects of great importance for The Arab environment in general, and the Iraqi environment in particular, and then test the correlation and influence relations and the possibility of implementation in The application environment, which consisted of first class hotels in the city of Baghdad, with (82) questionnaire distributed. The research also included the correlation between the management of work pressure as an independent variable and its effect on achievement The functional satisfaction of human resources as a dependent or dependent variable. The first variable included five sources The second variable was included on the six sub-factors, and these variables were interacted to be the frame The research revolves around a number of basic and subsidiary hypotheses. In order to achieve the research objective And the answer to the research questions and test the validity of his hypotheses, the researcher relied mainly On the (questionnaire), which is the main tool for collecting data and information, in addition to the use of other methods Such as the personal interviews of managers and their assistants and heads of departments in the surveyed hotels and for the purpose of analyzing responses The investigated sample was used for a range of non-scientific statistical measures and methods. The researcher reached through the research a set of theoretical and applied conclusions, the most important of which proved that Sources of stress management combined had a positive impact on the factors affecting satisfaction And the most prominent recommendations included the emphasis on the management of the hotel to pay attention to sources of work pressure Individuals employed by senior management in the surveyed hotel organizations to be able to touch The needs and overcome the difficulties they face, which leads to improved performance of working individuals and increase their feeling Satisfied.
