Abstract:
Process of performance evaluation is considered to be one of the most important activities in general employment. It is not only means to issue special decisions concern employees in certain aspects but it is regarded as means to motivate better levels of employees performance throughout knowing points of weakness which disturbs their functional performance. This can affect general employment level. Performance level can determine employment continuity for an employee and how much hormony does he have towards his functional duties including seariousness or dereliction to the law in its nature.
Decisions concerning performance evaluation are regarded as altimate administrative decisions and consequently, on employee can enjoy guarantees which enable him to know weu about the way in which he performs and its result. Then, an employee can claim whether he is treated in unfair way because of the result of his performance i-e there is something in injustice with an employee when he is treated unjustly about his performance evaluation.
Performance evaluation is arranged so that something can happen as conclusions or results which concerned with an employee's performance.
These conclusions and results may be used in certain aspects like promotion, assignment, higher in rank, raise (an increase in salary), rewards and bonuses.
